    Foundations of Effective Communication: Where we dive deeper on understanding the importance of communication in a relationship and explore common communication challenges in relationships.

    Active Listening and Empathetic Communication: Where we learn the principles of active listening, Practice empathy in communication and develop skills to validate and acknowledge emotions.

    Nonviolent Communication Techniques: Where we introduce Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and help couples understand the four components of NVC: Observation, Feelings, Needs, Requests and how to Apply NVC techniques to express needs and resolve conflicts peacefully.

    Overcoming Communication Barriers: Identifying common communication barriers in relationships. Strategies for overcoming barriers such as defensiveness, criticism, and stonewalling and teach couples how to Build trust and create a safe environment for open communication

    Communicating Effectively During Conflict: We help couples understand the role of conflict in relationships and earn constructive conflict resolution techniques.

    Communicating Love and Affection: Where couples Explore different love languages and their impact on communication

    Communication for Long-Term Success: Couples will reflect on communication patterns and progress made throughout the course. They will set goals for continued growth and improvement in communication and create a communication plan for sustaining a healthy and fulfilling relationship

    Recognizing Hurt and Anger - Where we identify sources of hurt and anger in marriage, highlight the importance of acknowledging and expressing emotions and how to use effective techniques for addressing negative feelings.

    The Power of Empathy - Where we discuss the role of empathy in the forgiveness process, provide practical exercises to enhance empathic understanding, meanwhile exploring how empathy contributes to healing and reconciliation.

    Letting Go of Resentment - Where we examine the detrimental effects of holding onto resentment, and introduce strategies for releasing resentment and fostering forgiveness.

    Rebuilding Trust - Where we address the impact of broken trust in marriage, provide you with steps for rebuilding trust and restoring intimacy, in addition to explore the role of transparency and open communication in trust-building.

    Forgiving yourself and your partner - Highlighting the importance of self-forgiveness in marital relationships, and discuss strategies for forgiving a partner and moving forward together.

  • Two-Three times per year, a live group coaching option is available for each of our courses. You’ll work through the content alongside other couples. To access our group coaching cohort, you will have to purchase the coaching option for the course of your choice.

    Each cohort includes:

    Two to Four weekly Q+A group coaching calls that are streamed on zoom.

  • No, BUT because of the structure of our cohorts, we also have limited spots available each cohort.

    Our courses are created in mind to complete alone and include a combination of video lessons, interactive exercises, and downloadable resources. You'll have everything you need to embark on a transformative journey towards a happier, healthier partnership at your own pace.

    We cannot deny that we love Jesus AND, we also understand that faith can be tricky for many couples, this is why we curate additional faith-based resources that can be found in each of the courses for couples to use at their own discretion.

  • Yes — our self-study course, aka as “Just the Course” is open all year round!

  • Nope! This is a self-study/go-at-your-own-pace course :) And remember, you have lifetime access so no need to rush through it.

    Note: If you decide to do a live group coaching round for any of our courses, you will be given a suggested 8-week timeline to follow.

  • This course is housed in a professional, user-friendly learning platform called Kajabi. You will receive an email upon purchase with a link to create and log in to your account. From there you will have access to all the videos and training materials for life. Kajabi is a web-based platform with app options available.

  • Are there payment plans available?

    Yes!

    Kajabi works closely with Afterpay

    Afterpay is a Buy Now Pay Later payment method that allows customers to split purchases into four payments over a period of six weeks or longer termed monthly installments.
